Once we receive photos of your furniture via email, Geraldine will send you an itemized appraisal with a cover letter explaining the service lead time and turn-around time. Upon your acceptance, your request is placed in our job schedule, and Geraldine will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery of your furniture.
Throughout the restoration process, we keep our clients informed with regular progress reports, including photos of completed stages of work. We encourage client engagement to ensure that we meet their expectations and provide a final product that exceeds their expectations.
