Kinetic Pools came to our rescue after the debacle of our previous pool installer going into liquidation. From the very first moment of dealing with Fiona and Steve from Kinetic I felt very reassured that I could achieve a positive outcome from where we were left with just a shell of a pool in the ground. They were very supportive and informative as to how we could move forward dealing with all the government bodies and the insurance process. And once this got sorted they were very prompt and professional in finishing off our pool. Highly recommend them.

Our experience with Kinetic Pools was excellent! Steve was friendly & professional plus communicated with us clearly & effectively during each step of the process. There were no hidden costs plus the one unforeseeable issue we encountered during excavation was dealt with promptly! We were so happy with kinetic pools. Stephen and Fiona were both a pleasure to deal with. Our pool is absolutely amazing we could not be happier. The service we received from the first meeting to the end of completion was amazing. We went to Fiji just as the pool was finished and Stephen came twice while we were away to clean and check on the pool for us above above and beyond service. Every trade they used were professional and friendly and it made the experience seem less. We would highly recommend Kenetic pools if you are looking to put a pool in. Thank you Stephen and Fiona.

We had our pool installed in August 2022. The whole process was fast and efficient and the quality of work was exemplary. I appreciated that the quotes included everything you actually needed to build the pool first time, rather than providing a low quote and continually adding on extras. The final build cost was as we expected, so no nasty surprises.
The whole team were great to deal with and nothing was stressful, even when some plans had to be changed. Now we have the pool we had dreamt about for so many years. I would highly recommend Kinetic pools.

I first contacted Stephen and the team in July 2021 as I was curious about their fiberglass pools. From the first moment they were honest and clear with how the process works, the correspondence pre build was fantastic and they were always friendly and professional. Having a 2m depth fiberglass pool is what drew me to them in the first place but after meeting them and getting the quote, the decision to get Kinetic to do my pool was a no brainer.
The quote was exactly what they said, the dig was expensive( not their fault) because its all rock in my yard but I knew this. In the end they had Jay on site everyday and got it dug out and put in with little fuss and the mess was kept to a minimum. They even went out of their way to make sure we didnt waste money on bins and worked out ways to keep the dig cost down. Fiona was great in helping get the pool set out and approved.
In the end we have a magnificent looking pool and the value added to my house is more than double what I spent. But the value in memories created will be priceless Thank you guys it was a pleasure to meet you and I will recommend you to everyone.
