Really impressed by Thomas at Door & Window Exchange. I got a lot of quotes and his comms and price felt right. Quote, booking and install were all really easy with excellent comms throughout. Steve did a great job with install, we are thrilled with the final product and are already planning more works with Thomas and the team.

Could not be happier with the service from the team - from my first inquiry, to visiting the factory to check out quality and finding a helpful team there, all the way through to installation of some wonderful windows. Sadly for me I need to paint them still, but here are the photos upon installation.

Highly recommend Tom & the team for fantastic quality windows and workmanship! They not only replaced our existing windows but also extended our kitchen window exactly as we’d hoped—and the result has completely transformed the space. The kitchen is now brighter, feels more open, and looks so much bigger (a huge win in a small space!). The joinery is also flawless. 10 out of 10 :)

Very happy with our new windows. dealing with Tom was easy – he was professional and communication was excellent. The installation team were efficient, tidy, and did a really high-quality job. The windows themselves are great and have made a noticeable difference to the house already. Fair pricing and genuinely good service. Highly recommended if you're looking for new windows.

Tom and his professional, friendly, and punctual team delivered outstanding work. Installation was flawlessly executed, and they left the place spotlessly clean. Nothing for the kids to step on. Competitive price and such exceptional service, we hired them again for another project 5 months later when we added a pergola. Couldn't recommend them more!
