Our team undertakes apartment and unit renovations with the specific requirements of strata buildings considered throughout the work. We manage the relevant strata processes, plan around building access and neighbours, and quote every renovation at a fixed project price. Since 1994, we have focused on Sydney apartments and successfully completed more than 1,000 renovations. 
We specialise in apartment kitchen renovations, combining designer results with a fixed price agreed before work begins. Our experienced team manages the renovation from design and quoting through to Strata approval, construction and final handover. We plan carefully for apartment-specific requirements, including tight layouts, lift access, plumbing and gas, ensuring a streamlined renovation process. 
Our apartment bathroom renovation service is designed to provide a structured, professionally managed experience from consultation through to completion. We measure the space, develop the design and fixed-price quote, handle strata requirements, complete construction and provide certification, final cleaning and warranty documentation. Waterproofing is carried out to AS 3740 and certified for six years.

The team are all very friendly, nice and enjoyable to talk to. They helped me understand the work that needed to be done and made no compromises explaining everything to me through each stage of the renovation, Richard especially.
The work was phenomenal, it turned my old run-down apartment bathroom into something that would be more suitable for a mansion. The quality of all the materials and the installation of them were perfectly done.
Overall, I would rate my experience with Fine Touch Group 10/10, I don't believe my renovation could have been handled as perfect as this one was.
