Koryzma Constructions is a Gold Coast based family owned building company that has been established since 2009. Although the company has been established since 2009, the builder has had over 24 years of extensive experience in the building industry, initially starting in NSW and based on the Gold Coast since 2002. Shannon Koryzma began carpentry down south, contracting to large building companies in NSW and moved to Queensland starting his Sunshine State career with a large Gold Coast based builder, as foreman for many years.

We are a building partner who brings that 5% extra - the attention to detail, professionalism, and ideas. We have the ability to listen and not only translate but expand your residential or commercial building plans.
