Our company was founded in 2006 by two experienced building surveyors, David Cooley and Richard Attiwell, who aimed to fill a gap in the market by offering bespoke building code compliance and certification services to clients in the private and public sectors.

Our directors, David and Richard, combined their extensive experience in the building surveying profession to create a consultancy that would focus on customer service and high moral standards.
