Clement & Reid is a leading Sydney-based planning and survey firm that has been in operation since 1971. We started as a boutique surveying and planning consultancy in Sydney's Eastern suburbs and have since grown to offer a wide range of services across the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Our services include high-definition laser scanning, BIM solutions, town planning, GIS, and land surveying, including subdivision services and management.

Our office is currently located at Bella Vista in Sydney's Northwest, from which we service all of greater Sydney, NSW, and beyond. We employ a diverse range of specialists in their fields, including Registered Land Surveyors (NSW), GIS professionals, laser scanning technicians, BIM managers, and qualified town planners.

Our team is led by experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of the industry. Jonathan Saxon, our Managing Director, is a Business Unit Director for Development and Land Titling, with a background in Surveying and Management. Nathan Milligan, our Business Unit Manager for Spatial Information Capture, has expertise in Surveying and Engineering. Anna Paterak, our Business Unit Manager for Surveying, has a background in Engineering and Surveying. Ashley Saxon, our Business Unit Manager for Town Planning and Development, has a background in Urban Planning and Management. Peter Bellingham, our Business Unit Manager for BIM Management, has a background in Building and Construction.
