Services
Roof Restoration
Our roof restoration service repairs, reseals, and upgrades existing roofs to extend their lifespan. Using a 4-coat system including antifungal treatment and acrylic membranes, we address leaks, moss growth, and tile damage while improving energy efficiency and kerb appeal. This process suits terracotta, cement, and metal roofs in Melbourne's climate.
Colorbond Replacement
We replace aged tiled roofs with Colorbond steel for enhanced durability and modern aesthetics. This solution prevents leaks in brittle cement tiles and offers energy-efficient thermal performance. Available in multiple colours like Surfmist and Monument, our installations meet Australian engineering standards with proper insulation upgrades.
Asbestos Removal
Licensed asbestos removal follows strict EPA and WorkSafe Victoria guidelines. We safely replace hazardous asbestos roofs with Colorbond steel, providing a Certificate of Clearance post-removal. This service ensures compliance with safety regulations while modernising roof structures for improved durability.
Leak Repairs
Urgent leak repairs address water infiltration through cracked tiles, damaged flashing, or blocked gutters. Our team identifies root causes like corroded seals or dislodged tiles, then applies permanent fixes including rebedding ridge caps and resealing joints to prevent recurring water damage.
Flat Metal Roofing
Specialist restoration for flat and low-pitch metal roofs (e.g., Klip Lok systems). We correct drainage issues by adjusting roof pitch, fabricate Zincalume/Colorbond flashings, and install insulation upgrades. This prevents pooling water problems while extending the lifespan of commercial and residential flat roofing systems.
