Barker Architects Pty Ltd. is a dynamic and innovative architecture practice based in the Northern Rivers of NSW, Australia. Our Expertise

We are a registered design practice for class 2 buildings, which means we have the capabilities to design multi-storey, multi-unit apartment buildings where people live above or below each other. Additionally, we can design single-storey attached dwellings with common spaces below, such as carparks or basements.

Meet Our Team

Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional architectural services. Our team leader, Luke, has over 20 years in the design and construction industry and has developed a passion for getting to know clients and understanding their needs. This experience guides the design process and helps achieve the desired result as efficiently as possible.

Heike, our office manager, has been working in the design and construction industry since graduating in 1997 and has worked on projects in Germany, Spain, and Australia. She has a managing background in the hospitality industry and has been applying her organisational skills as office manager for Thomson Adsett between 2006 and 2012.

Francois, our Project Coordinator, studied Architecture in the UK and has experience working on various projects, including student housing competition, library competition entry, and residential projects.
