Business Details
We have been delivering tailored architectural services to clients throughout South East Queensland, regional Queensland, and interstate since our establishment as Dimitriou Architects in 1981. Our practice was subsequently launched as DM2 Architecture in 2007 upon the retirement of our founding director. We possess a breadth of specialist design and project management skills, underpinned by a holistic, pragmatic, and commercially orientated advisory lens. Our team formulates a thorough understanding of functionality, lifecycle, environment, and the final occupants of a project to deliver tangible benefits. We pride ourselves on providing fully architectural services, spanning feasibilities, design, documentation, approvals, tendering, and contract administration. We invest heavily in project briefing and stakeholder engagement to ensure the context for a project is deeply understood and accurately reflected in its execution.
Our delivery remains flexible and empathetic, adapting not only to the needs of the design brief but also to the daily project management complexities that evolve. We are committed to resolving complexity into cohesion, elevating each space beyond the norm through understated elegance and simplicity. We value the ongoing relationships we have with our clients, some of whom we have partnered with for more than a decade. We seek to understand your perspective and hold this vision throughout the entire project lifecycle. We work with you as a trusted advisor in the creation of beautifully practical spaces that are specific to place and purpose.
