Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that you may have questions about our services. Is pest control safe? Yes, we ensure that we select formulations with the lowest toxicity available and apply these products where pests breed and live, not where you can come into contact with them. We are a member of the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA), adhering to a Code of Ethics and ensuring we have access to the latest technological developments.
How often should you have pest control done? We recommend having your treatment done at least every 12 months. However, if you notice an infestation, it's best to contact us ASAP. How long do you have to stay out of the house during a treatment? You will need to be out of the house for about 60 minutes to treat and another 30 minutes for drying time before entry. Sometimes, if there is a severe infestation, you may need to stay out for a longer period. The technician will advise you on this when you make a booking.
