At Quick's Building and Floor Surfacing, we're proud to be a family-owned business that has been serving the Mid North and surrounding areas since 2003. Our team, led by Daryn and his dad John, who has over 40 years of experience as a general builder, has grown to employ 3 full-time carpenters and 2 apprentices. We've established a great network of professional local contractors to assist us with our projects, ensuring we produce the best results for our clients.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to cater to your building and flooring needs. Our building services include full residential building, renovations, and extensions, from small house maintenance jobs to full construction projects, including design and planning. Our team prides itself on quality workmanship in a timely manner, and we work closely with our clients throughout the build to produce a desired and quality project.

When it comes to flooring, we're the specialists. We can make your old floorboards look new, sanding with our advanced dustless machines and applying your choice of polish, either polyurethane or water-based finishes on any timber. We also do new timber floors with direct stick. Our team takes great pride in quality workmanship to make us the only choice in the Mid North for your floor surfacing needs.

Additionally, we operate Mid North Scaffolding, supplying and erecting quikstage scaffold with in the local area. This ensures any project can be completed in a very safe and easy manner. We also have a large range of mobile scaffolds available for hire.
