Business Details
We are fourth-generation South Australian builders operating as Golding Projects. Our family-owned business has built its reputation on four generations of hands-on building industry expertise. We intentionally limit the number of active projects we take on each year to ensure every build receives meticulous supervision and attention to detail. Our team prioritises transparent, honest communication with every client, maintaining detailed records and providing regular project updates throughout the entire build process. We have navigated multiple building industry cycles over our decades of operation, making us a resilient, secure partner for all construction projects. Our commitment to treating every client with the same respect and fairness we would expect for ourselves has built our trusted reputation in the local market.
We specialise in delivering custom new homes, home extensions, and full property renovations across Adelaide and surrounding South Australian regions. Every project we deliver is completed to the highest industry standards, within the agreed timeline and client budget. We stand by the quality of our work, which is why our family name is front and centre of our business. Our team, led by Terry Golding and including long-term team member Dave Maunder with over 30 years of experience working with the Golding family, brings a wealth of specialised building knowledge to every project. We place client satisfaction at the core of every decision we make, ensuring we deliver outcomes that align perfectly with each clients unique vision and needs.

Our experienced team works closely with each client to bring their unique vision to life within agreed timelines and budgets. Every custom home we deliver is constructed to the highest industry standards with meticulous attention to detail.
Extensions & Renovations
We specialise in transforming existing properties to meet modern lifestyle needs, without requiring clients to move from their established neighbourhoods. Our team handles rear-of-house extensions, full home renovations including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and build-to-lock-up projects for client-led fitouts. We blend the original charm of existing homes with modern, stylish design to create functional, seamless living spaces.
Build to Lock Up
We offer build-to-lock-up services for clients who want to manage the internal fitout of their new home or extension themselves. This service delivers a fully completed external structure, including roof, walls, windows, and weatherproofing, to a locked-up, secure state. It provides flexibility for clients to customise interior spaces on their own timeline and budget.
