GCLX, founded in 2008, is a lighting design and supply company deeply rooted in the Bega Valley. Established by Gerry Corcoran, a lighting professional with a lifetime's experience in the theatre industry, GCLX brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project, big or small. Gerry's passion for lighting began backstage in his native Scotland, working in various roles including lighting, sound, rigging, and stage management. This diverse foundation allows GCLX to understand the complexities of production needs and offer comprehensive solutions.

Gerry honed his skills working for numerous theatre companies in Scotland before relocating to Australia in 2005. He quickly established himself in the Bega Valley's theatre scene, gaining recognition for his technical prowess and creative flair. With over 20 years focusing on lighting and rigging, GCLX has become a trusted partner for performance spaces, schools, community theatres, and private events across the region.
