Kent Lyon Architect is a successful and innovative architecture practice based in Bunbury, Western Australia. Founded in 1996, our team engages in educational, residential, cultural, heritage, and workplace projects large and small that cultivate community. With over 20 years of projects throughout Bunbury and the South-West, we have an established and robust portfolio of architectural work ranging from small residential extensions, to office refurbishments, to masterplanning entire schools.

Our small but dynamic team possesses a range of skillsets and design philosophies, and work collaboratively to ensure the best outcome for our clients. Utilising advanced 3D architectural software, we create renders and visualisations to explore and express the look and feel of a design with our clients. This empowers our clients to understand and participate throughout the design process. We have recently expanded our capability in 3D visualisation and can offer full coloured renderings, fly-through videos, and even virtual reality!

Our Feasibility Study option helps clients determine the fundamentals of their idea, without having to commit to the full architectural service from the outset. Our Feasibility Study involves a site investigation and consultation meeting, helping new clients determine their spatial requirements, establishing the best location for the building, reviewing any potential town planning complications, and formulating the project budget.
