Randall Dutaillis Architects (RDA) are a client-focused architectural firm delivering appropriate design and advice for all members of the community. Established in 1983, we have a proud history of providing quality architectural design and advice to a wide geographical area of New South Wales, the ACT, and beyond. Our office is dedicated to advising potential clients on matters they often treat as unimportant, believing this exercise is suitable marketing to the local residents.

We are not driven by the pursuit of magazine architecture but rather by the satisfaction of happy clients who appreciate the benefit of independent advice. We provide a comprehensive range of services including architecture, planning, interior design, heritage preservation, consultation, feasibility studies, and printing services. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals, including Director/Owner/Principal Architect Andrew Randall, Associate Architect James Tedman, Administration/Secretary Lynne McCulloch, Draftsperson Deepa Kayastha Shrestha, and Graduates of Architecture Deena Maharjan and Pragati Shrestha.

Our Services

Our experience covers all building types, including houses, apartments, schools, public and commercial buildings, and industrial projects. We are your partner from start to finish. Our planning services span across approval pathways and processes with private certifiers, local government, and regional panels. We can lead the approval process or work with a consultant team to achieve your project goals. Additionally, we offer interior design services, including preparing your interior fit out and finishes or coordinating interior specialists with the full architectural services. For heritage properties, we work with building owners to achieve the best outcome through restoration, adaptive reuse, and heritage reports. Our consultation service is available for all aspects of the built environment, and we can manage a project team for any building project. We also provide feasibility studies, which investigate any site or building and advise on the feasibility of your preferred project from a building design, approval process, and cost analysis perspective. Finally, our office is equipped with a large-format plotter capable of printing in A1 or A0 formats and offers drone flight studies for certain projects where such a study may be beneficial.
