Our Services

We offer a range of services tailored to assist Builders and Developers with their subdivision needs. This includes Built Strata Subdivision of existing developments, Preliminary Strata Plans for proposed projects, and advice relating to Strata Subdivision. We also assist with Subdivision through WA Planning Commission for Survey-Strata and Green Title, lot re-pegging and set out for construction, and planning confidence. Our dedicated WAPC Subdivision Officers are available to assist with queries on subdivision design, lot size variations, public open space calculations, and subdivision conditions.
