Our team, led by Creative Director Paal Grant, includes Director and Outdoor Stylist Carmen Grant, and Construction Manager Mayhew Netherway. Paal's background in fine arts and his experience as a former Head of Sculpture at Wesley College in Melbourne have shaped his passion for pushing design boundaries. Paal personally designs and project manages every garden, driven by the belief that strong design principles enhance a functional outdoor living space. Carmen brings her design-focused approach, passion, and attention to detail, sourcing furniture, soft furnishings, and ceramics to complement and complete the entire project. Mayhew, with his passion for timber and skills in furniture design, oversees the construction and management of our projects, from small residential gardens to large-scale rooftop and commercial projects.
