Above All Tree Services is a family-owned and operated business established in 2004 by Wayne Back. Our journey began with a small focus on tree removals and pruning, fuelled by a commitment to excellence and a dedication to safety. Even in the early stages, we strived to set ourselves apart in the industry by employing highly trained staff, adhering to stringent safety procedures, and maintaining insurance coverage that exceeded industry standards.

From those modest beginnings, Above All Tree Services has grown significantly. We've expanded our team to encompass seven full-time employees and a further eleven skilled casual and contract staff. This expansion has coincided with an increase in our equipment capabilities, allowing us to tackle even the most challenging tree-related projects. Our client base has evolved to reflect this growth, encompassing a diverse range of customers including private residences, Bayside Council, Spotless Facility Services, multiple Strata Management companies, numerous construction firms, leading landscaping businesses, and both private and public schools.
