Design and Construction Process

Our design process begins with close communication with the client to understand their vision and requirements. We then carefully plan and create a design brief, taking into account various factors such as natural light, orientation, spatial requirements, and the desired uses for different parts of the landscape. This is followed by the creation of a CAD drawing of the design, which is then reviewed and refined with the client to ensure it meets all their needs and budget constraints. Once the design is finalized, we obtain all necessary building permits to ensure compliance with council regulations.

Construction Process

The construction process involves site preparation, including the removal of unwanted vegetation and structures, followed by the installation of new structural elements such as paving, retaining walls, water features, and planter boxes. Drainage is installed as required, and foundations are poured. As the structural elements are built, the planting areas are prepared, and the chosen plants are planted. The final stages involve the installation of lighting and irrigation, and the entire landscaped area is cleaned up.

We offer a variety of services including stonework, paving types, and timber work. Our stonework services include the installation of all types of stone for feature or retaining walls, dry stack stone walls, and the use of stone for planter boxes or to clad existing surfaces. Our paving types range from sawn bluestone to sandstone to concrete pavers, including specialized designs such as granite cobble stones and mosaics. For timber work, we design and build decks, pergolas, gates, fences, seats, and more using various types of timber.
