At Studio Twelve, we are a multidisciplinary creative studio based in the world heritage listed Blue Mountains, NSW. We specialise in both new homes and alterations and additions, offering a full range of services including architectural concept design, interior design, heritage bushfire resilience, environmentally sustainable design, and off-grid solutions. Our combined registered architect and licensed bespoke builder status ensures a streamlined process from initial design concepts to construction completion.

Meet Our Directors

Emmy Seymour, our Director, is a registered Architect with a multidisciplinary background, holding 3 degrees. She brings 10+ years of industry experience, having previously worked for high-end Sydney-based architectural practices. Emmy's approach is driven by composition & materiality, creating carefully considered spaces that are both highly liveable and tactile. Matt McCarthy, also a Director, holds two formal Architecture qualifications and has over 15 years of industry experience, combining expertise across architectural design, project management, and high-end residential construction.
