Our Story

Richard Lewis, the founder of Lewis Grant Builders, brings a wealth of experience to the table. During his apprenticeship in the commercial building industry, Richard gained carpentry experience working on schools, sporting venues, factories, and office buildings. After completing his apprenticeship, he was promoted to site supervisor, which led to an interest in project management and subsequent qualification as a Registered Building Practitioner.

Over the past 28 years, Richard has completed numerous projects, including new architectural builds, renovations, and restorations of period properties, apartment renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and outdoor living spaces. His attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and commitment to quality ensure that all projects are completed in a timely and professional manner.
