Investment Management Australia Pty Ltd (IMA) is a private investment company, specialising in property development investment and financial management services. Since 1999, IMA has raised in excess of $300 million for more than 70 property development projects throughout Australia.

Capitalising on strong links to the property industry and executives with a high level of property and lending expertise, IMA invests predominantly in the residential and commercial property sectors. Through innovative financial structuring, IMA provides opportunities for developers to participate in transactions they might otherwise be excluded from. Archie & Gordon Douglas

Archie and Gordon Douglas were the Co-founders and Directors of PRDnationwide, which was established on the Gold Coast in 1976 and prior to its sale to Colliers International in 2006 enjoyed average gross sales revenue in excess of $6 billion per annum. As one of Australia's leading real estate practices, PRDnationwide operated corporate offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast as well as, in excess of 160 franchise offices throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Employing approximately 2,000 people throughout its network, Gordon & Archie were instrumental in delivering many of Australia's largest and most successful property developments over an almost 40-year period, pioneering the concept of Project Marketing in Australia.

John Benton

John is the Managing Director of the Jarden Corporation Ltd group of companies with operations in Australasia in the investment and property development area, including PRDnationwide prior to its sale to Colliers. Jarden became established in the 1970's and developed into New Zealand's leading full service stockbroking firm with operations in share broking, futures, options, foreign exchange, equities research, corporate finance and funds management.
