AEA Constructions is a multi-award winning building and construction company based in Sydney, Australia. Established in 1990, we are proud to have built many quality homes designed by some of Sydney's leading architects. We specialise in building and renovating luxury bespoke homes, focusing on fine craftsmanship with attention to detail and client satisfaction. The AEA team has extensive technical building and project management experience with a proven track record of delivering quality workmanship and value for money. Our commitment to clients is centered around outstanding service and unrivalled quality of product.

We have built both new homes and renovated homes, which have included major alterations and additions, with quality finishes and attention to detail. We are winners of multiple building awards over the years, including the MBA NSW "Excellence in Housing Awards" in 2012, 2009, 2006, 2004 & 2002, and HIA Housing Award Winners in 2009 and Finalists in 2009, 2006, 2004, 2003 & 2002. Houses we have built have also won major Royal Australian Institute of Architects Awards.

Our services include construction services on a lump sum tender basis, negotiated tender basis, or cost plus percentage fee basis. We also offer design and construction services, building maintenance services, and design consultancy for minor works. Construction management and project management services are also available. We believe that the success of any project depends on maintaining professional communication between all involved in the building and design process.

We primarily operate in the new residential construction, residential alterations and additions, commercial office refurbishment and fitout, retail construction, fitout and refurbishment, and across the board building maintenance markets. Client satisfaction is the most important aspect of our business, and we rely on "word of mouth" referrals. Our past experience working with all consultants involved in a project provides us with the ability to achieve the Architect's design intent with the best possible outcome for our Clients.
