• Design and Quoting: We provide a design service or work with plans supplied by our clients. We then provide a fully detailed quote containing all desired choices.
• Contract and Selection Process: We prepare a formal HIA building contract and necessary paperwork, which is lodged with the relevant authorities.
• Construction: Once council approval is received, we commence construction and regularly oversee all processes, liaising with trades and providing regular updates to our clients.
• Handover: We ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final product by conducting a final inspection and providing them with the keys to their new home.
