1. A quick chat to get a feel for what we can offer and make sure it suits your lifestyle vision.

2. A discovery meeting with our Design Consultant to take you through a framework of questions to provide a clear and concise view on how to continue your build journey with clarity and confidence.

3. A design solution starting with a Design meeting, where we present a clear and concise Early Stage Proposal (ESP) to meet your specific needs.

4. A PASSPack - Streamline Start, where we manage the Council application, so it's easy for you.

5. A Building Contract, where you meet with our Selections Consultant for some exciting choices!

6. Construction, Handover & Move-In, where your home is built in our secure premises and transported to your land.

7. Customer Care, where we seek your feedback, undertake periodic check-ups and carry out any maintenance required to ensure we have delivered on your lifestyle vision.
