At Jason Topic Architect, we are a small, Newcastle-based architectural firm specialising in the design, documentation and co-ordination of high-quality architectural projects. With extensive experience across a range of project types, including single houses, medium-density housing, mixed-use projects, commercial and industrial buildings, educational centres and cultural facilities, we pride ourselves on producing refined, contemporary architecture that integrates the site conditions and context with our clients' needs, lifestyle and budget.

• HOUSE: Merewether 01: A contemporary home designed for a young family in a beachside suburb of Newcastle
• HOUSE: Merewether 02: A home designed for a couple, with evolving lifestyles, located on an elevated corner site with city and ocean views
• HOUSE: Newcastle East: A reinterpretation of a terrace house, featuring a unique, sculptural form and a glass-floored bridge connecting the main bedroom to the rest of the home
• HOUSE: Coogee: An addition to a semi-detached house in South Coogee, Sydney, connecting new living spaces to a northern courtyard
• MULTI-RESIDENTIAL: Cooks Hill: The restoration of and alterations to a pair of century-old brick terrace houses, as well as the construction of a new two-storey dwelling at the rear of the site
• COMMERCIAL: Showroom & Headquarters: A building designed for the headquarters and primary showroom of a successful tool supplier, featuring large, open showrooms and corporate office spaces
