Poor Customer Service
A customer, Brett Keehn, had a terrible experience with a company when he called to inquire about scaffold tags. He was put through to a staff member named Dean who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite Brett explaining that he was just a customer looking for the tags and not in charge of the hire, Dean still managed to come across as hostile and uncooperative. The customer was not even upset that the company didn't have the tags they were looking for, but rather at the aggressive and unprofessional attitude displayed by Dean.
