Disappointing Experience
Yassine Boualem had a terrible experience with a carpet installation service. The author was looking forward to getting his carpet installed, but theinstaller refused to bring the colour selection to him, citing that there were only a few available colours. The author was already familiar with the colours and found it inconvenient to visit the Capalaba showroom, which he didn't have the time to do.
Communication Breakdown
The author felt that the installer was unwilling to accommodate his needs, and the communication breakdown led to the installation being cancelled. The author was left feeling frustrated and unimpressed with the service, deciding not to recommend the company to his friends.
