Poor Customer Service
The reviewer, a resident of Townsville, had a disappointing experience with Corinthian Constructions. They contacted the owner via email to request that they mow the lawn at a development site, as the overgrown nature strip was forcing them to step down from the footpath onto the road.
Lack of Accountability
Instead of receiving an acknowledgement or a solution to the problem, the owner argued with the reviewer about who was responsible for caring for the lawn.
