Installation and Quality
The reviewers were generally impressed with the quality of the Breezway Louvers installed in their properties. Steve Oren and Roan Sokol both gave the product a perfect 5-star rating, praising its performance and quality. Steve noted that the windows are perfect, sealing wonderfully and reducing noise significantly. Roan highlighted the high-quality products and recommended them to others. Aron Kondasinghe Sudath gave a 3-star rating, stating that the product was "pretty average" with no major complaints or praises.
Customer Service
However, there were several complaints about the level of customer service provided by Breezway. Susan Grant and Norm Vesala both expressed frustration with the lack of support and failure to address their issues. Susan felt that Breezway needed to respond to negative reviews and Linda Starr mentioned that the customer service team only seemed interested in talking to retailers and installers. Norm had a particularly poor experience with the screens of his new windows, which were faulty and difficult to clean.
Product Issues
Linda Starr and Norm Vesala both mentioned specific issues with their products. Linda noted that the window closers were stiff to operate and the mounting screws were cheap and rusted. Norm had major problems with the screens, which were prone to falling apart and difficult to clean. He felt that the screens were not up to standard and recommended buying better screens from an aftermarket supplier.
