Safety Concerns and Unreliable Services
Some reviewers have expressed serious concerns about the company's practices, highlighting a lack of safety and professionalism. Belinda Stevenson, a former employee, shared a shocking experience where the company employed unsafe electrical practices, including allowing technicians to leave their test and tag machines plugged into themselves, which poses a significant risk of electrocution. This was allegedly done to increase productivity and profits.
Additionally, Belinda claimed that the company falsified documents, including altering test results in the office, and noted that this behavior started from the top management level. She strongly advised against using the company, stating that it's only a matter of time before someone dies due to electrocution caused by company negligence.
Mixed Reviews and Dissatisfaction
On the other hand, Bruce Welch had a positive experience with the company, praising the professional staff and friendly service at competitive rates.
However, Kris Christmas and John Hall had more disappointing experiences. Kris was critical of the company, stating that they prioritize profits over safety and qualifications, and mocking the technicians' lack of knowledge. John Hall was also dissatisfied, as the company failed to follow through with their original appointment, only to cancel it the next morning without explanation.
