Quality of Installation
Some customers have expressed concerns about the quality of installation work carried out by Time to Save. Not a great experience was had by one customer who reported a shotty installation, poor workmanship, and a system that leaked from two locations. Another customer also had to fix a problem themselves, and it took three months for the company to send someone to fix a leaky pipe connection.
Customer Service
The customer service provided by Time to Save has been mixed. One customer was not able to get a response to their calls or emails, and the phone number listed on their email was even disconnected. Another customer had to deal with a company representative who arrived for an installation appointment without proper attire and refused to remove his dirty shoes.
