Our Story
Our headquarters are situated in Dry Creek, South Australia, just 5 km north of the CBD. In 1999, a small team of local industry professionals was assembled to operate two production facilities. One facility, Acryloc, produces high-quality paints, renders, and textures, while the other, Rollashield, is our largest Roller Shutter Manufacturer. Since our inception, we have invested heavily in manufacturing processes, including purchasing German roll formers from the industry's global leader. We have also expanded our business through strategic partnerships and have established a strong presence in the national market.

Product Reliability Issues
There are concerns about the reliability of Ozroll's products, particularly the Eport battery system and roller blinds. Two reviewers experienced faults with their products, which ceased to function properly after a few months or years, respectively. In both cases, the issues were not resolved satisfactorily by Ozroll, with one reviewer being left with a $2000 shutter that doesn't operate reliably and another with two out of four roller blinds becoming completely useless.
Poor Customer Service
The reviewers who experienced product faults also reported poor customer service from Ozroll. They had difficulty getting help from the company, with unreturned calls and emails, and a lack of resolution to their issues. One reviewer was told that a manager would contact them, but this never happened.

On the other hand, two reviewers reported having positive experiences with Ozroll, citing helpful staff and reliable products. One reviewer, a business owner, has been dealing with the company for many years and has always been satisfied with their service.
