Unreliable Drilling Experience
The drilling process took an astonishing 11 months to complete, with multiple delays and false promises. The initial drilling crew was unproductive, and it took three months for any progress to be made. Even then, the results were disappointing, with the bore initially yielding only a small amount of water before running dry.
Lack of Communication and Follow-Through
Throughout the process, communication was sparse and unreliable. Despite numerous emails, calls, and texts, responses were infrequent and often empty promises. The drillers repeatedly failed to show up when scheduled, leaving the client in the dark and struggling to get the project back on track.
Disappointing Results and Unprofessional Billing
When the second bore was finally sunk in January 2023, it was successful, but the client was immediately invoiced for payment, despite the lengthy and frustrating experience that had preceded it.
