Noise Complaints and Unpleasant Experiences
Aidan Stacey expressed dissatisfaction with the company, citing a noise violation on January 23rd, 2024. The workers started hammering at 6:45 am and began using power tools at 6:58 am in a residential area. Despite the hot weather, Aidan believed it was still not legal and notified the local council.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Mengxi and Peter Chris had remarkable experiences with the company. Mengxi praised the reasonable charge and trustworthy work. Peter Chris, however, went into detail about his exceptional experience. He thanked the team for their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He also commended the carpentry team for their excellent work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure high-quality results.
Customer Service Issues
Unfortunately, Janelle Best and Jules had negative encounters with the company. Janelle described the customer service as "absolutely appalling" and "unprofessional", citing a lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Jules echoed similar sentiments, expressing disgust at the company's work ethics and arrogance. Specifically, they were upset that the company was blocking the customer parking and business driveway.
