Disappointing Experience
The first review expresses a highly negative experience with the supplier. The author, I. Il, gave the supplier only 1 star and stated that they couldn't be contacted, with no tech support available. The only communication method used was recorded messages, which made it difficult for the author to get help. As a result, the author does not recommend the supplier and chose to use a different product from Sika instead.
