As an employer of hundreds of direct employees and sub-contractors, Becon understands its total responsibility to provide a safe working environment for all those who work under the Becon banner. We have developed an occupational health and safety (OH&S) system that is certified to Australian Standard AS45001 and accredited by the Federal Safety Commissioner. Our strategy is about preventing work-related injuries.

When a new employee starts with Becon, they are introduced to our Occupational Health and Safety Policies and procedures. That introduction allows the new employee to complete their job requirements safely.
