Poor Service and Disappointing Experience
On the other hand, Alan Thwaites gave Pergolas Sydney Authority a 1-star review, stating that they received very poor service. After waiting 10 days for a response, Thwaites decided to call them, only to be told that if he had sent his address, they would come out and provide a quote for a pergola. However, they failed to contact him back. Thwaites ultimately found another company that provided fantastic service.
