Several reviewers have had a disappointing experience with Momu, citing inconsistencies and poor service. Martin Doherty and Kate Holland were unhappy with the company's response to their concerns, with Martin even mentioning that the sales rep was arrogant and rude. Kate mentioned that the process was like "trying to get blood from a stone" and that they were constantly lied to and gaslighted. Stewart Wheeler, on the other hand, had a positive experience with Momu, citing good communication and attention to detail.
Inefficient Process and Lack of Transparency
Kyle Taylor's experience was also marred by inefficiencies and a lack of transparency. He signed up with Momu in August 2020 but didn't start construction until 2021, after numerous delays and mistakes. He felt ignored and unhelped by the pre-start consultant and sales manager, and was left to deal with errors and delays on his own. This lack of transparency and incompetence has led to financial burdens, including six months of paying rent, water rates, and land rates.
Positive Experiences
However, some reviewers have had positive experiences with Momu. Bailey Roberts and Jodie Briggs both mentioned that the team at Momu was supportive and helpful throughout the process, with good communication and a focus on customer satisfaction.
