Poor Customer Service and Quality
Champion Homes has received several negative reviews from customers who express disappointment and frustration with their experience. Reviewers have reported poor customer service, delayed construction, and low-quality materials. Sidak Brar was promised a new house by May 2023 but received their keys almost a year later. Kali Kanchi was subjected to aggressive and unprofessional behavior from a supervisor, Jayson. Zozo Africa was hung up on during a phone call when asking about connection costs, while Alexandra Soldatos received rude treatment from a rep. Further, Jaidyn Sharp had a poor experience with a supervisor who swore at them.

On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences with Champion Homes. Several customers have praised Elaine for her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. She was able to explain complex processes and make the experience smooth and enjoyable. Chris Cooper, Jaidyn Sharp, Alexandra Soldatos, and H. F. all had positive interactions with Elaine, citing her kindness, patience, and expertise. Za Tailors also had a good experience, rating their overall build process as average, aside from some variations in materials.
