Disappointing Experience with Better Homes
Design Fault and Lack of Accountability
The reviewer, Sandra Metcalfe, expresses her frustration with Better Homes, the builder of her home in an over 55 resort. The main issue lies with the poor design of the neighboring home, also built by Better Homes, which has placed the air conditioner motor outside her bedroom window and the kitchen exhaust opposite her sliding doors. This design fault has caused her significant inconvenience, as the cooking smells from the neighboring home enter her own home.
Unresponsiveness and Disregard for Customer Concerns
What's worse is that Better Homes has refused to take responsibility for the design fault and instead, has chosen to ignore the reviewer's concerns.
