Unprofessional Company with Poor Customer Service
Vivienne Gallagher, a customer, had a horrible experience with A&A Spectrum. She booked a leather lounge cleaning service on December 5, but the company failed to deliver. The technician never called before arrival, and when she messaged to inquire about the delay, she was told that the booking was not secured and no technician was available. Despite her repeated calls and messages, she was unable to secure a new booking date and received no apology or explanation from the company. The situation ended with her feeling frustrated and disappointed.
