Road Safety Concerns
While some companies take pride in their services, Caruana Kitchens seems to have a different attitude towards road safety. One reviewer, Sole Charms, had a distressing experience of being stuck behind one of the company's vehicles on the F3 highway, where the driver was displaying reckless and intentional behaviour, including speeding up to 125km/h, braking to below 110km/h, and attempting to block other vehicles from overtaking. The reviewer was so disturbed by this incident that they cancelled their plans to use Caruana Kitchens for their kitchen renovation and strongly advise others to be wary of the company's drivers.
Exceptional Craftsmanship and Service
On the other hand, Wendy Dreyfus shares a very different experience with Caruana Kitchens. Over 15 years ago, the company completed a substantial renovation job at her home in Killara, and she was thrilled with the outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and pleasant service provided by Paul and his team. This positive experience led her to recommend the company to friends and associates, who also had wonderful experiences. Recently, Wendy returned to Caruana Kitchens for a smaller job at her new home in Castle Cove, and once again, the company delivered exceptional results, staying within budget, meeting deadlines, and showcasing their craftsmanship in building practical and beautiful carpentry solutions.
