Quality Issues
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment with the quality of work done by the company. Ian Home reported that his garage floor shows stains and sections lifted, while Thelma Simonsen's floor developed a stain less than four months after installation. Vin Sekar's epoxy painting job was also suboptimal, leaving the floor sticky and prone to tyre marks.

There have been several instances of poor customer service. Ian Home's emails and calls were ignored, while Thelma Simonsen's phone calls were also refused. Vin Sekar never received a response from the company after attempting to negotiate a redo.

On the other hand, Dalip had a positive experience with the company, praising their professionalism and attention to detail. Peter MacTaggart was also satisfied with the resurfacing of his driveway, noting the company's great attention to detail and flexibility when changing his mind about certain aspects of the project. Steve Rhind commended Pal and his team for doing an excellent job of resurfacing his driveway and garage.
