Disappointing Experiences
Some customers had frustrating experiences with North-east Glass. Andrew Bespalov was very disappointed with the company's service, emailing photos of a window to replace in December, only to have to wait until January for someone to come out and quote, only to be told they couldn't help. Another customer, Catherine R., had some issues with their sliding doors, noting that every single one leaked air in windy conditions.
