- Medium Density Residential: Security systems, electric gates, cameras, and sensors; underground services including NBN supply and power connection from the street; work with power authorities and distributors to ensure the correct amount of power will be fed to the build; lighting design, recommendations, and sourcing; appliance installations for kitchen, bathroom, and audio visual.
- Commercial Fit-outs and Building Projects: Individual tenant specifications; new constructions and refurbishments; security systems; lighting automation.
