Product Quality and Customer Service
Many reviewers have praised Lower Mountains Landscape Supplies for their great products and excellent customer service. Authors Matthew, Matthew Downes, Kit Stave, Amanda Youssef, and Ntl Nevertolate have all given the business 5-star reviews, complimenting their helpful staff, good selection of products, and ease of ordering. Prices and Quality Issues
However, not all reviewers have been satisfied. Author Greg Gillan was upset about being charged $2 to use EFTPOS, saying it was a "rip-off". Author David Henderson bought poorly seasoned firewood, but the business listened to his concerns and provided extra wood as compensation. Author Mark Clifford had a negative experience with the quantity of sand delivered, saying it didn't meet expectations and alleging the business "stole" from him.
