Positive Experience
TD Wright Plumbing has received praise from some customers for their quick response, helpful nature, and professional service. Hailey Clayton had a positive experience with the company, stating that they responded quickly and were extremely helpful, leaving her very happy with their service. James Smalley also had a great experience, praising the company's knowledgeable and problem-solving attitude, as well as their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done properly.
Negative Experience
However, not all customers have had a positive experience with TD Wright Plumbing. Buck Sheoighe and Kate Gear have both left negative reviews. Buck's hot water system broke a few years after installation, and despite still being under warranty, the company was uncooperative in getting it repaired, leading Buck to deal with the manufacturer and installer instead. Kate Gear's experience was similarly disappointing, with her new hot water system installed by TD Wright Plumbing developing issues just 36 hours later. She was surprised to discover that the company had charged her for the repair, and despite contacting the director, Tim, she did not receive the expected level of service or professionalism.
