WOOD SUPPLY ISSUES
GW Lanscaping received mixed reviews from customers, with one positive experience and two negative experiences. The company's wood supply service was praised by David Robinson, who thanked the team for keeping them warm and helping to fill up their trailer.
However, Christine Baker had a disastrous experience with GW Lanscaping. She ordered wood for her sister-in-law's 80th birthday, which was supposed to be a romantic gesture. However, when her brother tried to use the wood, it was too big for his stove. Despite explaining the situation to Craig, the team refused to offer any assistance, claiming that it was a special order. Baker was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Baker's experience continued to deteriorate when she attempted to return the wood and receive a refund. Despite loading the wood back onto her brother's trailer and delivering it back to GW Lanscaping, Baker received a refund that was $20 short, with no explanation. She sent two emails to the company, but received no response.
CONCLUSION
GW Lanscaping's wood supply service has been marred by inconsistent quality and poor customer service. While one customer received a positive experience, two other customers had frustrating and disappointing experiences. It is essential for the company to address these issues to maintain customer trust and loyalty.
